Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
Entrance Fees & Guide charges.
Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

Child Policy:
Child Below 5 yrs complimentary.
Child 5 -10 yrs without extra bed as mention in cost column (CNB = Child no Bed).
Child 5 -10 yrs with extra bed as mention in cost column (CWB = Child with Bed).
Above 10 years / Extra adult with an extra bed sharing room are same & charged as per (EPSR).
Hotels are very strict with the child policy. Please carry the age proof so that it can be produced if asked by hotel.
Important Notes:
All the rates quoted are Nett & Non commissionable & quote is valid for 24 hours after which re-quote may be required.
If there is any changes in Service Tax after Budget, then New Service Tax rate will be charged as per Government Rules for April 2013 onwards bookings.
The above is just a quote and contents there in will be subject to availability at the time of booking. Any amendments will attract a re-quote.
Since availability is not checked at the time of quoting the cost does not include any Surcharges which may be levied by the hotels due to peak period/ blackout dates for events and exhibitions.
Check in time is 2.00 PM and check out time defers between 10AM - 12 PM depending on the hotel. Early check in and Late check-out is subject to supplement charge.
